During the visit, your technician will inspect the relevant system components, perform visual and operational checks, and evaluate electrical and safety elements related to the reported problem. Once the issue is identified, the technician will clearly explain what’s going on and review the recommended services needed to restore proper operation.
This diagnostic service does not include repairs, maintenance, or system replacements. Any additional services required will be quoted separately and must be approved before work begins.

What is included in the $39 Diagnosis Service?
The $39 service is a professional troubleshooting process conducted by certified technicians. It includes a thorough inspection of your system’s components to pinpoint the specific cause of a malfunction. After the inspection, the technician will review the necessary steps and costs required to get your system back to a functioning level.
Does the $39 fee cover the actual repair of my system?
No. The $39 fee covers the diagnostic process only. It does not include any labor for repairs, maintenance, or replacement parts. If repairs are needed, the technician will provide you with a quote for additional services after the initial assessment is complete.
What happens if the technician finds a "quick fix" during the inspection?
Our experts can often identify and resolve minor issues within a few minutes. If the technician identifies a "quick fix," they may take care of it immediately to get your system running again. In these cases, a "quick fix" charge will be added to the $39 diagnosis fee on your final invoice.
Can you guarantee how long my system will work after the service?
Because every HVAC system is different in terms of age, brand, and condition, we cannot guarantee the length of time a system will remain operational after a service. If the initial services do not fully resolve the issue, our technicians will present you with further options to complete the repair.
I won’t be home during the appointment; can you still perform repairs?
Yes. For vacant properties or situations where the homeowner is not present, additional terms can be added to the invoice to allow for service fixes. You may also provide acceptance in advance for the technician to complete necessary repairs while on-site.
Will the $39 fee be waived if I move forward with the suggested repairs?
The $39 diagnosis fee is a standard charge for the technician’s time and expertise in identifying the problem. It remains on the final invoice along with any charges for additional services, parts, or "quick fixes" provided during the visit.
