Basic Maintenance Plan
Stay ahead of costly repairs with (1) one annual MoJo maintenance visit. Our team inspects, cleans, and services your heating and cooling systems to keep them efficient, reliable, and ready for any season.
Includes
1 visit per year (covers heating + cooling)
20-point furnace inspection & cleaning
16-point A/C inspection & cleaning
Maintenance on both heating and cooling systems performed during a single visit (Fall or Spring)
*Supplies such as filters are not included. You can choose your preferred filter type when scheduling your visit (low, medium, or high quality).

16 Point A/C System Inspection
Air conditioning
Visually and/or camera inspect Evaporator Coil for debris or damage
Visually inspect expansion valve if applicable
Visually inspect all visible line-set for damage
Clean all condenser coils (water and/or brush and vacuum)
Visually inspect all coils and copper piping for damage at condenser
Inspect all internal and external wiring for damage
Inspect contactor for good condition and operation
Check capacitor condition/verify MFD level
Brush clean and inspect board if applicable
Inspect any additional safety devices (if applicable)
Check compressor Amp draw and operation
Check condenser fan motor Amp draw and operation
Visual inspection of fan blade condition and rotation
Confirm refrigerant charge level and load
Confirm air temperature differential to specs
Visually inspect all supply and return airflow
20 Point Furnace Inspection
Furnace
Visually inspect & clean interior cabinet
Remove and clean all rollout and secondary sensors (If needed)
Remove and brush clean limit switches (If needed)
Remove, clean and inspect all switch tubing
Clean and test pressure switches
Brush clean and test inducer motor
Brush clean and test gas valve
Clean out orifices and burners (air) (If needed)
Remove, clean, and test flame rod
Visually inspect the ignitor and ignition sequence
Brush and visually inspect circuit board
Clean and inspect transformer
Visually inspect all wiring
Brush clean, vacuum and inspect blower cabinet (no removal)
Visually inspect all supply and return airflow
Visually and/or camera inspection of heat exchanger
Perform carbon monoxide test (unit & air flow)
Perform raw gas leak test (when necessary)
Visually inspect all exposed flue piping
Inspect all drainage (if applicable)
22 Point Boiler Inspection

Visually inspect & clean interior cabinet
Remove and clean all rollout and secondary sensors
Remove and brush clean limit switches
Remove, clean and inspect all switch tubing
Clean and test pressure switches
Brush clean and Amp test inducer motor if applicable
Brush clean and test gas valve, pressure and volts
Clean out orifices and burners (air)
Remove, clean, and test flame rod
Visually inspect the ignitor and ignition sequence
Brush and visually inspect circuit board if applicable
Clean and inspect transformer (volts)
Visually inspect all wiring
Visually and camera inspection of heat exchanger
Perform carbon monoxide test (unit & air flow)
Perform raw gas leak test (solvent)
Visually inspect all exposed flue piping
Blow-out and inspect all drainage (if applicable)
Visually & mechanically inspect all zone valves for proper operation
Visually & mechanically inspect air separation components and expansion tank
Visually & mechanically (with volts) inspect circulation pumps
Visually & mechanically inspect water inlet system (pressure reducing valves)
