What is included in a 20-point furnace inspection?
Our master technician performs a detailed cleaning of the interior cabinet, tests the gas valve and pressure switches, cleans the flame rod, and conducts both a carbon monoxide and a raw gas leak test to ensure your family's safety. Learn more here
Does the A/C service include cleaning the coils?
Yes. As part of our 15-point inspection, we clean all condenser coils using water or brushes and visually/camera inspect the evaporator coil for debris or damage.
Can you service my boiler or mini-split system?
Absolutely. We offer specialized 22-point boiler tune-ups and professional mini-split maintenance for all major brands to keep your specialized equipment running at peak performance.
What happens if the technician finds a problem during the tune-up?
Once the inspection is completed, you will receive a professional recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs required to restore your system to optimal standards.
I won’t be home during the appointment; can you still perform repairs?
Yes. For vacant properties or situations where the homeowner is not present, additional terms can be added to the invoice to allow for service fixes. You may also provide acceptance in advance for the technician to complete necessary repairs while on-site.
